Planning Application Fee Schedule
The Fee Schedule outlines the fees payable when applying for planning permission or requesting related services from the Planning and Development Department.
The fees vary depending on the type, size and purpose of the proposed development. The schedule covers a wide range of developments including houses, apartments, commercial and agricultural buildings, land subdivisions and changes in the use of land and/or buildings.
The schedule also includes fees for other planning services, such as Certificates of Compliance, certificates of continuing use, certified copies of plans and documents, and Building Start letters.
Applicants and agents are encouraged to review the fee schedule prior to submitting an application to determine the fees that apply to their proposed development.
